The Western Engineering Competition (WEC) is an annual event where over 200 engineering students from nine schools in Western Canada develop their problem solving, teamwork, and communication skills through competition with their peers. The success of WEC depends upon the financial and morale support of corporate company sponsors. Aside from motivating and showcasing student achievement, WEC provides an excellent opportunity for student and industry networking.
